Duck is one of those dishes that, when done right, will just wow anyone who tastes it. In this video, after an overnight in the fridge soaking in a combination of dry rubs, I roast a beautiful duck on the Weber Kettle using the Rotisserie and finish the bird off with a Maple Orange Glaze.
Duck Rub Ingredients
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Sriracha Salt (To substitute use ½ tsp chili powder and ¼ tsp table salt)
1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
½ tsp Granulated Garlic
½ tsp Poultry Seasoning
