Headtohead sound comparisons so you can find which mic type is best for Zoom, classes, interviews, and recordings! I use the UHURU "podcasting" USB mic for Zoom meetings, recording online classes, live lectures, podcasts, and my YouTube videos! It's a great budget option at around 70 bucks. The Blue Snowball and Blue Yeti are fab choices too.

November 2020 update on the phone headset issue: to get them to work on a laptop, you'll likely need a TRSS to TRS adapter assuming you have a headphone/mic combination port on your laptop OR if your computer has separate headphone and mic ports, you'll need a headphone splitter adapter.
