Since the beginning of January my family and I have started to take really good care of our food habits and thanks to a lot of SUPER EASY AND SUPER TASTY RECIPES not only has our diet improved, but also spending time in our kitchen has become more fun... ITALIAN STYLE!

Here's what we had this week:
MONDAY: grilled chicken breast with boiled chard / vegetable vellutata;
TUESDAY: pasta with pumpkin and mushrooms / vegetable pie;
WEDNESDAY: lentil stew with green beans / cheesy chicken bites with grilled radicchio;
THURSDAY: sea breams al cartoccio / beef tagliata with mixed salad;
FRIDAY: monkfish alla mediterranea with peas / zucchini mushrooms rice.
