TNR is the best way to solve the cat overpopulation and the volunteer cat trappers at the Louisiana SPCA trap hundreds of cats each year! Each feral cat is brought to the Louisiana SPCA Community Clinic where they are vaccinated, eartipped and spayed or neutered before being returned to the field.
