Schema Therapy is a therapy style that was developed to tackle pervasive patterns in our lives. In short it helps us identify and uncover schemas or themes that we formed in response to early experiences of unmet emotional needs and this type of therapy seeks to help us learn how to operate in a healthy mode or state of being, as we learn to get our core emotional needs met in everyday life.
