🤯 What is an AUTOMATIC WATER PUMP CONTROLLER?

Brio 2000 SAER
automates the starting and stopping of the electric pump when the taps are opened and closed.
It deactivates the pump when there is a lack of water, protecting it against running dry, which could be harmful.
By means of a timer, it is capable of making it restart to verify the eventual presence of water (only Brio 2000T and 2000MT models)
It is used for clean water installations. Otherwise, it is necessary to install a filter at the inlet of the device.
The manometer ensures the control of the actuation pressure and of the installation and verifies the existence of losses in the installation.

Functioning
Brio 2000 activates the pump for around 15 seconds when it is started. The successive starts of the pump occur when the activation pressure value is reached. When the flow is reduced to minimum values, the Brio 2000 delays the stop for a variable time between 7 and 15 seconds.

Facility

Brio 2000 must be installed at any point located between the discharge of the pump and the first point of use. If a pump with a maximum pressure greater than 10 bar is used, it is necessary to install a pressure reducer at the unit inlet.
If a pump with power greater than 0.5 HP is used and the ambient temperature is above 25ºC, cables with thermal resistance not less than 99ºC must be used.
If the water level to be primed by the pump is below the level at which the pump has been installed, it is necessary to use a suction pipe fitted with a nonreturn valve that allows filling the first time it is started up and that prevents emptying at the time the pump stops.
Before starting up, the suction tube and the pump must be completely filled and then activate the pump by supplying power to the Brio 2000. When the pump stops, open the highest faucet in the installation.

If the faucet flow is completely regular and there is continuous pump operation, the startup procedure
running has been done successfully. If, on the other hand, there is no flow, you can try to make the pump work continuously for a time greater than that programmed in the device's timer, if you keep the RESET key pressed.
