STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD spinach 1/2 pint strawberries 1/4 red onion 1/4 cup almonds (or nut of choice) 1/2 an avocado
DRESSING 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup avocado oil, or oil of choice salt + pepper 1 tbsp agave herbs of choice
CREAMY MAC gluten free elbow macaroni (or pasta of choice) 2 cups plant milk of choice 1/2 red or yellow bell pepper 1/2 cup nutritional yeast 1 cup violife vegan cheddar (or cheese of choice) 1 cup presoaked cashews 1 clove garlic 1/2 lemon, juiced garlic powder to taste onion powder to taste salt + pepper
ROASTED TOMATO SOUP 2 tomatoes 2 small or 1 large red bell pepper 1 small yellow onion 2 cloves garlic olive oil, drizzle (or oil of choice) balsamic vinegar, drizzle (optional) 1/2 tsp dried basil, oregeno, rosemary, majoram (or italian seasoning), garlic, and onion powder bake at 400 F for 45 minutes
