Typically my days start with oatmeal and fruit This consistent and tasty meal is packed with healthy ingredients and fibers. It's a great way to begin the day because just one bowl of oatmeal can give you enough nutrients to get your day started while taking away your hunger! Today I had a half cup of oats, cinnamon, flak seed, and banana...

Since today was a special day (I had tickets for the Red Sox at Fenway Park!), my next "feed" consisted of splitting one meal into two for before and after the game. This way I can go to games or events without feeling hungry and still have a meal leftover for after! Today my meal was a bowl of Japanese sweet potatoes (steamed or baked in the oven), zucchini, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, and a touch of cinnamon. This is a healthy and vegan meal that promotes weight loss! It's one of my favorite weight loss recipes on the Slim On Starch Weight Loss Diet Plan!

After the game, I had three sushi roles and #edamame from my favorite local Boston restaurant.
