Hey guys, here is what I eat in a day, all vegan and healthy, No need to starve yourself, it's all about learning new habits and understanding calorie density.

Essential vitamins mentioned you should have regularly are:
Vitamin D, B12 and Selenium

Ingredients for Minestrone Soup
2 brown onions
6 cloves garlic
810 celery stalks
3 large carrots
1 capsicum/bell pepper
1 TBS of dried mixed herbs
1 vegan “chicken” stock cube
2 tsp of powdered vegetable stock
½ tsp of chilli flakes
1 ½ litres water
3 tins of chopped tomatoes
1 bunch curly kale
1 large handful parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
