A what I eat in a day in weight watchers for weight loss!!

❗PICKLED ONIONS / one batch is enough to last us a week double this if needed
1 1/2 red onion , sliced thin as possible
juice of 1 whole lime
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp minced garlic or fresh
dried oregano
salt and pepper
hot water to fill up the container you store the onions in
