How I Stopped Having Period Cramps / Pain Free Periods the 3 Essentials

1. Gut support.
Have a healthy bowel movement every single day! 2 ways to do so:

⋒ Daily raw carrot salad everyday / increase soluble fiber specifically: bananas, apples, oranges, berries, etc
recipe: 1 shredded raw carrot, 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 tsp vinegar, sprinkle of salt. Dr. Ray Peat found that carrots have a special fiber. this and the probiotic has changed my life!
⋒ Look up bristol stool chart, having a healthy bowel movement at minimum a day is essential for less crampy periods.

2. Balance blood sugar.
We want to support the liver in what it already does (detox!) and it specifically needs amino acids to do so. This is why it's so important to eat enough protein, to make sure the liver is fully supported in clearing excess estrogen. There's a lot more this does, but not to overwhelm you just remember balance blood sugar!

3. Liver support.
