We asked students across our campuses: what does success in college mean to you?
The answers stunned us: it wasn't just graduation, not just a job. Their responses were far more nuanced than any of our interventions and strategies could anticipate.

We created this video as a tool to stimulate conversations on campus.
Please use it in meetings with staff, faculty, and administrators: to begin an important conversation about how your campus treats students, and what your protocol/process assumes success is to them.
