Overall if you see West Bengal has been ruled with leftist ideology since 1947. Now the 2021 West Bengal's assembly election is going on, BJP is pitching for development and nationalism by safeguarding the border States from illegal migration and insurgency. But the main political fight is between AITC and BJP. CPI(M) and the Congress are also fighting the election with limited political gains.
