Sag Aloo is a fantastic flavour side dish, full of goodness and very healthy. Can be used as a side dish or snack food.
Ingredients:
1200g salad potatoes boiled
2 bags of fresh baby spinach
1 large red onion (can use white if you prefer)
1Tsp garlic & ginger paste
¾ Tsp salt (add more or use less, salt to taste)
2 Tsp mixed spice ( my own mix:    • How to make indian mixed spices  )
Weight watcher Points:
20g vegetable oil = 4 points
1200g boiled potatoes = 24 points
this dish was divided into 12 servings so 2.3 points per serving
