Garlic curried mushrooms are a fantastic flavour side dish, full of goodness and very healthy. Can be used as a side dish or snack food.
Ingredients:
20g vegatable oil
1 pack button mushrooms (cut in half or quarters)
1 Medium red onion (can use white onion if you prefer)
4 jumbo garlic cloves ( chop to suit yourself, minced or sliced)
½1 Tsp mixed spices ( my own mix: • How to make indian mixed spices )
½ Tsp salt
