Hello everybody.
Guess what Ms. Austin did?!
She had a big secret and now we have a single little kitten!

I found it on Friday afternoon when I got home from work. Poor thing was nursing when Austin jumped up as I opened the door, and it just fell onto the carpet. It had a little trouble getting back to momma, but I was able to step in and help.

I filmed this over Saturday morning and evening. I wanted to wait just a bit before announcing the news just in case something unfortunate happened. Austin is a little on the older side for a cat and since baby was solitary, I wanted to be sure it was healthy. I think it will be okay.

I had a problem with Maggie repeatedly kidnapping the baby for herself last night, so I had to close her in a bedroom. She was very restless during the night and now seems very quiet this morning, so I think babies are coming today for her!
