Saving classic cars is something we're passionate about at UK Barn Finds, so when we were contacted about this Limited Edition Rover Mini Sidewalk from a deceased estate, we decided to make sure this beautiful British icon was given the chance to find a new home.

Buying probate cars is something we'll gladly take on, but we are peoplepeople and it can be a bit emotional at times. However, as people who own and enjoy old cars ourselves, we've already decided that we hope our own cars find good homes when that time comes for us, so we like to think we're doing the right thing by finding new homes for these vehicles.

We purchased this Mini via a solicitor, having seen only one photograph. We may well have overpaid for the car, but we love Minis and thought this would be a good car to showcase one of the elements of our work at UK Barn Finds on YouTube. When the car sells at @AngliaCarAuctions , we'll do the maths and report back in our next video. Will we make a profit? Probably not. We will, however, gladly share this particular car journey with you.
