Today we are sharing our joy with you. We bought an electric oven. Now Darlene and I can bake bread and cakes, pies and muffins. Then we went to the jungle. I decided to show my wife a beautiful interesting place I had recently found. There is a river running through the jungle. We ended up at the top of a waterfall. From here, the Filipinos have piped water into their homes. Free water from the mountain river. Next to the river we saw a spring. The water was clear and we decided to give it a try. A local confirmed that it is drinkable. There are a lot of tropical plants and flowers around us. Very unusual and beautiful flowers in the jungle. We had a great time in the rainforest and returned home on our motorcycle. The next day my wife made delicious muffins in our new oven. They turned out just like they did in the bakery. Very beautiful and delicious.
