We drive to Lake Gölcuk, we received a tip that it would not only be very high there but also very beautiful. In any case, the drive there was beautiful, but we are going over 1000 meters high.
The village on the lake turns out to be completely empty in the winter, so we have to cook ourselves and we have to arrange breakfast ourselves this time.
As we drive further we get good news from Trabzon, 1100 kilometers from home: We can go and take a look at a camper that we have been looking for for some time, a Shantigo!
So quickly home and we first fly AntalyaIstanbul and then IstanbulTrabzon.
The next day the deal is made and we head home with our new camper, a drive of another 1100 kilometers and altitudes up to 2000 meters.
On the way we stop at a wellknown restaurant of ours to take some "pastirma", and we arrive home without any problems.
But we won't stay at home for long, we want to try out the new camper while traveling, so next week you will see the start of the first trip.
