RECIPE FOR CHEESY JALAPENO CORNBREAD:
Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Corn Meal
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Can Creamed Corn
12 oz Shredded Cheddar
1 Small Can Sliced Jalapenos

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400
Combine corn meal, baking soda and salt
Add in milk, eggs, oil + creamed corn. Mix well
Pour HALF of the batter into an 8x8 pan
Sprinkle half of cheese and jalapenos
Pour remaining HALF of batter
Sprinkle remaining cheese and jalapenos
Bake for 4045 mins (maybe cover with foil for half of the baking time!)
