2 tbsp lemongrass (minced)
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1/8 tsp salt

SAUCE:
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp lemon extract
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp water

GARNISH:
sliced cucumber
cilantro
