In this video we go over our next set in our offense by running "Red" Red is the same as "Blue" but with the Attack this time, so instead of rotating triangle up top, now the triangle is down low. This creates another look for the defense by setting up a 231 instead of the 132 that we were in when we called "Blue"
Once again teaching another set that the players will use at all levels of the game and teaching lacrosse IQ to youth players so they can learn what lacrosse is all about and how to move in different sets.
