Veggie Portebello Burger | Beef Burger - with Asian Infusion 【Hungry Cook Daily Ideas】

This series explore daily creations based on random daily cravings or left over ingredients I had from my main videos.

In this episode, I had a sudden craving for burgers after several month of stayathome unable to go out to get a nice juicy gourmet burger.

I created 2 versions: 1 that is a reglar beef burger with Asian infusions and the 2nd is a Portebello vegetarian burger.

It turned out the Portobello burger was way better than I expected. Hope it inspires you to have some new idesa.

【#1 Beef Burger w/ Soy Sauce】
* Beef 350g (with 30% fat is ideal from Chuck cut)
* Salt 3.5g
* Black pepper 3.5g
* Soy sauce 3.5g
* Worcestershire sauce 3.5g
* White Wine (or whiskey/red wine) 3.5g
* 1 Egg
* Butter (small amount)
* Mayonnaise
* 1 Onion (1/2 diced, 1/2 cut into strips)
* Tomatoes (cut into slices ... I used cherry tomato)
* Cheese (I used wagon wheel cheese)
* Hamburer Buns (I used sesame buns)

There are many cheese flavors to choose from. Try to use cheese that doesn't have overpowering flavor so the taste of the beef still comes through. Experiment to find your favorite combination.

【#2 Portobello Vegetarian Burger w/ Wasabi】
* 1 Large portobello mushroom
* Wasabi
* Cheese (I used wagon wheel cheese)
* Lemon juice
* Mayonnaise
* Onion, Tomatoes, Lettuce as needed
* Hamburer Buns (I used sesame buns)
