Vegetable Soup with Papaya and Chestnuts

材料
木瓜1個約1斤半
眉豆4湯匙
紅腰豆2湯匙
栗子半磅已去殼

處理程序
1. 眉豆及紅腰豆放入高速煲內加入滾水500毫升用“再加熱”功能煲2分鐘除去塵埃。
2. 木瓜去皮切去椗打直1開2去籽清水洗乾淨。
3. 栗子放入高速煲煲1分鐘。
4. 栗子及所有豆類清水沖洗乾淨擎乾水連同木瓜放入高速內。
5. 在高速煲內加入清水至2.5升的容量。
6. 用“濃香煲湯”功能煲40分鐘。
7. 完成可享用。

Papaya vegetarian soup with high speed cooker

Ingredients:
Papaya 1 No. (about 1.5 catty)
Eyebrow peas 4 tbsp
Red kidney beans 2 tbsp
Chestnut 0.5 lb (shells removed)

Preparation/Steps:
1. The beans, put in a high speed cooker. Add in 500ml of boiledup water. Use "reheat" function, boil for 2 minutes to remove the dust on it.
2. Papaya, get it peeled. Cut its anchor. Divide it into 2 shares vertically. Remove seeds. Rinse with tap water.
3. Chestnuts, put in the high speed cooker. Boil for 1 minute.
4. Chestnuts and all the beans, rinse with tap water. Drain. Put in the high speed cooker with papaya.
5. Fill water in the cooker up to volume of 2.5 L.
6. Use "porridge/soup" function, boil for 40 minutes.
7. Complete. Serve
