Here's my version of vegetable dumplings.
2 cups Cabbage, chopped
3 stalk Leeks, cut into rings
1 medium Carrots, chopped
1 Tbsp Grated ginger
1/2 Tbsp Grated garlic
1 Tbsp to 11/2 Tbsp Sesame oil
Salt & pepper to taste
For the dip:
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
