In this week's video, I show you how I make three delicious meals suitable for weight loss: Mango & passion fruit overnight oats, rice cakes with peanut butter & banana, and Roasted red pepper and tofu pasta. These meals are low fat but will keep you full and satisfied as they are full of fibre and goodness.
