In this Episode, I use king oyster mushroom to made a teriyaki Mushroom Rice. It turned out to be pleasantly surprising. King oyster mushroom paired really good with homemade teriyaki sauce!

Ingredients:
One King Oyster Mushroom
Panko
30g Flour
60g Water
Salt and Pepper
Sriracha Sauce

Teriyaki Sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Black Vinegar
2 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp Cornstarch
1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
50g Shredded Carrot
6g Shredded Ginger
One Apple
One Piece of Bay Leafe
200ml Kelp Mushroom Stock or Water
