Hello and welcome to my channel where I create and share plant based recipes. I created these vegan oxtails and BBQ steaks using the (WTF) washed that flour method. INGREDIENTS ( Seitan Seasoning)

2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
2 TSP ONION POWDER
2 TBSP BEET ROOT POWDER (FOR COLOR)
4 TBSP NUTRITIONAL YEAST
1 TBSP CONSOMME POWDER
2 TBSP UMAMI MUSHROOM POWDER
1 TBSP COCOA
1 TBSP INSTANT COFFEE
4 TBSP LIQUID AMINOS
2 TBSP RED COOKING WINE
2 TBSP VEGAN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
2 TBSP SESAME OIL
2 TSP LIQUID SMOKE

MIX WELL TO CREATE A PASTE ..

Birria Sauce

5 New Mexico Dried chilies (remove seeds)
5 guajillo chiles (remove seeds)
5 California chiles (remove seeds)
5 garlic cloves
1/4 onion

Boil to soften (10 minutes) set aside

1/2 tbsp thyme
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
2 cloves
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 cube of achiote paste
1 cube vegan bouillon
Garlic salt to taste


** blend all the ingredients together until smooth ( add water as needed) ** you’re sauce is ready!

Add 46 bay leaves and a few slices of orange when cooking your birria after incorporating your seitan.
