Every year I make my kids homemade valentines. I’ve been doing this since they were little and they used to make each other valentines too.

I think Valentine’s Day is probably one of my favorite holidays just because you get to like share with the people that mean the most to you how much you love them and it’s just so relaxing sitting down thinking of my children and my husband at all they’ve done for me and how much I love them, then making them cards telling them that and then I usually get them a little something, in the past I’ve gotten chocolate candy hearts, but this time I wanna do a little funny, toiletry box or basket something that they can use again.

I found these Funko pops online and knew I had to get each one of them one. They were absolutely hilarious and I had each one of them personalized a couple of them had their dogs that they have their pets and every single one of them responded the same way they laugh they check out everybody else’s. They just really loved it and they all went off and immediately put them in their bedrooms, set them on the dressers and they still talk about it. I think it’s absolutely hilarious.

I’m truly thankful for everyone of my family I’m thankful for our story and how we became a family how God brought each one of us together not knowing that we needed each other like we do and when you come to our house, you would never even know that, almost all my children are adopted. We get that question a lot about how our kids act with each other, and they just act like their siblings like they’ve always been siblings they fight, they hang out together, they Play sports together. They just are a really close with each other. And I love that they have each other to talk to because I don’t really understand everything that they went through before they came to our home but each other understands and so they have somebody that they can talk with and if they know they can trust who understands.
