Using trail camera traps for wildlife photography Trail cameras are basic camera traps that you can use to identify where and when wildlife is active and are a fantastic tool to improve your wildlife photography success. They are also incredibly fun and rewarding, and often allow you to capture some fantastic wildlife behaviour on film.

We use two, inexpensive camera trap systems. The first (branded 'Gosira') is no longer available, but the other 'Victure' one is available here:

They seem to have been made by the same company and share the same UI and construction, although the branding is different. However they both do a fantastic job and I highly recommend either of them.
