Using the Phrase “Revenge is a Dish Best Served Cold” | QOTD

Question of the Day: I'm looking to use a phrase I believe is in the public domain as part of overall phrase and it start like this, "If revenge is a dish best served cold then..." and the rest I'll keep to myself. Is it fair use to use such a phrase as I propose?

If legal questions were easy, we wouldn’t need lawyers.
