How the USDA construction loan works and what requirements need to be met. Today we have special guest David Corwin, from the USDA here to tell us exactly how this works.

This is a one time construction loan, which means you do not have to pay closing costs twice.

With the USDA construction loan, during the construction of the home, the payments can be rolled into the loan.
