A recent sampling of the banging, pounding etc. we have experienced from our upstairs neighbors on a daily, sometimes hourly basis. These impacts occur morning, noon and night. Jarring and disruptive.

We put up with all reasonable levels of noise. But harsh impacts like these, particularly against bare wood floors, are not something which anyone should be expected to tolerate.
