Make sure you check out the layout of the campus before requesting your dorm location! When I moved in I thought, “Oh, it’s not that big of a deal, it’s just a 20 minute walk to my English class.” Wrong! University of Colorado Boulder‘s campus is huge. On top of that there is the weather. Do not underestimate the weather.
