Targeting Leukemic Stem Cells for AML.

Physicians and scientists at the University of Colorado are nearing potential cures for blood cancers that have never been seen before. In recent years, there’s been an explosion of understanding the biology of leukemic stem cells, which have given a lot of insights in developing new generations of treatment for blood cancers. Today patients involved in clinical trials at the Anschutz Medical Campus are already benefiting from these innovative therapies.
