Recipe
Prep time 2 minutes
Cook time 5 minutes
Serves 1 per packet

Wagyu

Ingredients
• 1 packet of Mi Goreng Noodles
• 80g of thin cut wagyu steak
• 1tbspn finely chopped spring onion
• ½ tbspn fried shallots
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp sriracha (optional)

Directions:
• Boil water and prepare the Mi Goreng noodles according to the instructions on the packet (I’d give more detail, but I reckon you’ve got this).
• Generously salt and pepper the steak, then drop it on the hottest part of the grill or a cast iron pan (very high heat) and sear until both sides are browned (about 90 seconds each side).
• Place the egg alongside the steak in an oiled pan and fry on one side until the whites are cooked and the yolk is runny (or flip if that’s to your liking).
• Dice the steak and place on top of the noodles, then add the egg, fried shallots and spring onion with a small squeeze of sriracha on top.

Salmon

Ingredients
• 1 packet of Mi Goreng Noodles
• 60g of fresh salmon
• 1tbspn finely chopped spring onion
• ½ tbspn fried shallots
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp sriracha (optional)

Directions:
• Boil water and prepare the Mi Goreng noodles according to the instructions on the packet (I’d give more detail, but I reckon you’ve got this).
• Salt the salmon and place it in an oiled pan on low heat for about 10 minutes, slowly cooking, flipping regularly it until it reaches approximately 65 degrees internally (or until the whole piece has changed colour)
• Once the salmon has cooked, heat the pan up to a medium high heat and fry the egg in the same oil on one side until the whites are cooked and the yolk is runny (or flip if that’s to your liking).
• Dice the salmon and place on top of the noodles, then add the egg, fried shallots and spring onion with a small squeeze of sriracha on top.
