Russia continues their drone and missile strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure as their tactics have shifted to using higher value missiles on lower priority targets across Ukraine with a higher rate of success. The House of Representatives is back in session and Speaker Johnson is doing everything possible to avoid talking about Ukraine as he continues blocking a vote on military aid. A ranking House Republican has sounded the alarm that Kremlin propaganda is being directly repeated in the halls of Congress by MAGA Republican members.
