Hey family!! In today's video I'm sharing two new recipes with y'all! Buffalo Chicken Sliders & Chicken Tot Pie!

NOTE: This recipe was for the Slow Cooker, but I changed it and used the Instant Pot. I cooked the chicken on high pressure for 10 minutes and the it release all the pressure naturally.
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup wing sauce, divided
1/2 onion, chopped finely (I left out the onions)
Ranch dressing
12 slider buns

In a slow cooker, add chicken breasts and top with 1/2 cup wing sauce and onions. Cover and cook on low for 67 hours or high for 45 hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred using 2 forks or stand mixer. Reserve 1/4 cup of liquid from slow cooker, and discard the rest. Place shredded chicken back into slow cooker bowl, add 1/4 cup reserved liquid, and remaining 1/2 cup wing sauce. Stir to coat chicken.
Place about 1/4 to 1/3­ cup of chicken on each bun. Garnish with additional wing sauce and ranch dressing if desired. Enjoy!

Chicken Tot Pie:

Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
2/3 cup whole milk
16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon dried thyme (NOTE: I didn't have any thyme.)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
4 cups chicken breast , cooked and chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese , shredded
32 ounces frozen tater tots

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, mixed vegetables, thyme, salt, pepper, chicken and cheese in a large bowl.

Pour into baking dish then top with tater tots, lined up neatly in rows.

Bake for 4550 minutes until top is browned and crispy.

Slaw Recipe:
head of cabbage, green or purple, shredded
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
10 baby carrots, chopped
OR You can skip those first three ingredients and just use a 16 oz bag of slaw mix.
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup mayo

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
