I'll be sharing my Kofta recipe, or known as Kofte here in Berlin, and why I love it more than Doner Kebab! This recipe is inpired by Berlin Kofte and Jerusalem's Kebab egend, Abu Shaheen.

► Meat mix
400g fatty mince, beef + mutton
1 medium onion, grated, without juices
1 clove of garlic
handful of very finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup roughly chopped pine nuts
1,5 tsp salt
a few cracks of black pepper
1,5 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp chili flakes
a bit of msg
