This week, I’m launching a NEW BEGINNER FRIENDLY pattern that will make quick use of your left over layer cake, some random fat quarters, or just some scraps you have laying around! This is a very easy project that works up rather quickly. Over the course of our Summer 2023 VIP Retreat, several folks got this one done in just a few hours! When finished, the quilt will measure 52" x 70" making it a great oversized throw and it uses just 1 yard of fabric for the outer borders, 1 yard of fabric for your background & inner border, and 1/2 of a layer cake (or 7 fat quarters, or some big scrappy pieces) to put together!
