This week we get permission to metal detect this old 1700's homestead that was abandoned decades ago. There is still a small animal business on the property but no one lives in the original house and that's the ground we are most interested in. We weren't prepared for just how dense the brush was that swallowed up most of the old portion of the property, but we made the most of the day and pulled out some pretty amazing pieces!
