We continue our camping adventure in the TsubameSanjo area of Niigata, Japan. Takeda BBQ san shows us a delicious camp style breakfast, we try a signature local ramen (pork back fat ramen) and visit the Tojiro Knife Factory, to see where and how the knives we used during our camping trip are made.
