Vareniki. You have been asking for a long time to show how I cook them. Today I'm going to share 5 of our favorite recipes. Vareniki with potatoes, cabbage, with liver and vareniki with sweet cottage cheese, that my children like a lot, especially with dessert sour cream. And, of course, I have very different recipes for vareniki dough kefir dough, water dough and my favorite hot water pastry. You are sure to find something for yourself here and you certainly will not stay hungry!

RECIPES:

1 Vareniki with sweet cottage cheese
• Flour 3 cups
• Boiling water 1 glass (not full!)
• Egg 1 pc.
• Vegetable oil 3 Tbsp.
• Salt 0.5 tsp
For the filling:
• Cottage cheese 500 g
• Egg yolk 1 pc.
• Sugar 12 Tbsp.
• Salt a pinch
• Dessert sour cream "Prostokvashino" with blueberries or strawberries

2 Oven baked vareniki with cabbage
For the dough:
• Flour ~ 400 g
• Egg 1 pc.
• Warm water 200 ml
• Salt 1 level tsp
For the filling:
• Cabbage 600 g
• Carrots 1 pc.
• Onion 1 pc.
• Sugar 0.5 tsp
• Ground black pepper
• Salt
For covering:
• Egg 1 pc.

3 Vareniki with potatoes and liver
• Flour 450550 g
• Kefir 300 ml
• Baking soda 1 tsp
• Citric acid 0.5 tsp.
• Salt
For the filling:
• Potato 400 g
• Liver (any) 200 g
• Salt
*** You can cook with any filling!

4 Vareniki with potatoes
For the dough:
• Flour (sifted) 3 cups
• Boiling water 1 glass
• Egg 1 pc.
• Vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
• Salt 0.5 tsp
For the filling:
• Potato 800 g
• Onions 23 pcs.
• Vegetable oil 50 ml
• Salt

5 Lazy dumplings with cottage cheese
• Flour 260 g (+/ 50 g) depends on the cottage cheese
• Cottage cheese 500 g
• Salt 1 tsp
• Eggs 2 pcs.
• Butter
