The triathlon mixed relay made its Olympic debut at Tokyo 2020 where teams of two women and two men, battle it out in a truncated relay version of the individual race that lasts less than 90 minutes. Each athlete had to swim for 300m, cycle for 6.8km and run for 2km before tapping the hand of their teammate to pass the relay. Great Britain are champions Jess Learmouth, Jonny Brownlee and Georgia TaylorBrown and Alex Yee
