Nacho Salad

vegetables:
2 bundle lettuce
3 tomatoes, large
2 cucumber, medium
425g corn, whole kernel

dressing:(adjust according to your taste)
470ml mayo(Best food, light blue)
4 tbsp garlic
1/3 cup lemon juice(more or less)
1/3 cup evaporated milk(more or less)
1/2 cup cheese, grated
2 tbsp water
salt and pepper to taste

meat topping:
1/2 kg ground meat
taco seasoning
1/2 cup water

500g Nacho chips(tortilla chips)

The crunchy, savory parts of typical nachos are combined with the fresh
ingredients of a salad to create the colorful and decadent delicacy known as nacho salad. Usually, it has a base layer of crunchy tortilla chips, then an abundance of toppings like diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, chopped lettuce, corn and spiced ground meat. This is served with garliclemon dressing.
