Here is what I do to remove oxidation from our Winnebago Micro Minnie. It is a Gelcoat surface that we call the Red Dragon. I use two rotary tools. One is a Rota, the other a Bauer from Harbor Freight. I used CSI cutting and a Lake Country twisted wool pad. I am an amateur and in no way do I claim to have any expert knowledge.
