The subject of trauma is a huge one, but I'm just going to cover it in a very brief way. I will be using simple terms for a complex subject so that we can all look at it together .
I will talk about trauma and the effects of trauma , with simple descriptions , but all the time aware that this is not theoretical, most people on here will have experienced trauma themselves or have family or friends who have suffered,
