Get ready for a FUN Rebounder Cardio Workout today. We are working on steady state cardio as we use the beat of the music to move. There is a track where we do repeater knees with one foot on and one foot off. This is great way to strengthen your quads/glutes and work on balance. Always make sure your rebounder / trampoline is on a flat surface and that you have enough space to move safely. In the plank section we work on posture and finish with a low ab burn! Have fun and if you don't get a move do what feels good to you. LET'S GO!
