Shorter video for you guys today, taking you through an interesting day I had the other day starting with sorting out a flat tyre and meeting up with the lads in the evening for a session.

We got to the session pretty late so there wasn't a massive amount of time to film but we still managed to get a decent session in. Progressing on the cart dubs, kicks and learning swing castaway for the first time.
