做港式牛腩其實唔需要用柱侯醬 茶餐廳為咗方便整柱侯醬牛腩客人要咖喱就將牛腩掉落咖喱度煮一下上碟! 柱侯醬味道太霸道會搶走晒咖喱個味呢個配搭本身就係好麻麻
所以大家要做咖喱牛腩直接咖喱醬就可以㗎啦記得煮好咖喱汁之後俾啲牛腩浸耐啲時間咁樣做出嚟嘅咖喱先至係最好味
